What is the EFTM Programme?

The Eddisonfields Talent Management (EFTM) Programme recognises and celebrates individuals who are outstanding members of their respective industries. The programme is geared to high-calibre individuals who have demonstrated a qualitative track record; either professionals considered to be on a “Fast Track” career curve, or those in the upper quartile of their chosen profession.

Individuals who qualify for this programme will become EF clients, which is something akin to how the Sports Management industry works. Our tailored offering will be dedicated to enhancing and supporting your career in any way possible.

You will be appointed a specialist consultant who will help to establish a comprehensive understanding of your optimal career preferences including: choice of institution, roles, desired work environment, scope for professional development - all with a view to designing a roadmap of companies that would satisfy these criteria.

And we recognise and value their excellence by reinvesting a percentage of the fees generated through placements back into our clients’ careers.
